Sit alone and wonder
What you could have said
Why they always blammed you
When you ran and hid

They told you not to smile
They told you not to talk
You never disobeyed them
Yet they confined you with this lock

Maybe you snuck a smile
Or maybe a little tear
This could explain it
they said not to have fear

You want it to all end
The rope is nearly bound
The masters listen closley
But death has no sound
