The veneer I use let's the laughter shine,
let's people see what I want them to see,
 but do I really??
Screaming out, screaming for someone to feel the pain,
to ease it and make me feel whole, make me feel...
Loved.
Not lonely.
Not alone and yet I feel the lonliness eat away from the inside out,
That gnawing, nagging pain in my chest tht always comes back to haunt me,
Can't eat,
Can't sleep:
SLEEP
The worst comes at night, alone in the darkness, the silence,
it creeps over you, never letting you forget that you are alone and tht they......
Have someone to hold, to make them feel whole
And yet... you don't even enter their heads the way they haunt you.....
Alone and unloved ....
Alone and unwhole...

Alone.
