Random Poem

The roses have grown thorns,
And the violets are dead,
So now you can rest:
Lay down your sweet head.

For I am no longer retaining reality.
A coy eagerness cradles my dread,
And a soothing stillness steal my scream,
As I am join the cold, the lifeless, the not-yet-dead.
