Random Poem


I'm but a fool,
With a pocket full of gold,
Given dimes for my pennies,
Saving souls of the many,
And keeping young from the old.

I divide you up by downs,
For every smile you frown,
You cost your place in triads:
You leave yourself unsound.
Left dirty poor,
Asking four more,
Then the three behind,
Of the two who scored.

Of two who won,
You've placed the gun,
And pulled the trigger,
You thought was fun.

Through the games of life,
A loser comes-grips the end,
Holding dearly in truth,
To their dying friend.

It was but one game,
They say,
I never thought,
He'd go away.

Damini: I srsly don't get the poem. Sounds like you delibrately wrote those things down coz u wanted them to ryhme. But nevertheless, i must say, kind of intriguing.
